Do I need a separate app or login to use TradieO?
No. TradieO runs inside your WordPress site’s admin area — the same place you already manage your pages and forms. There’s no separate app to install on your phone, no second password to remember, and no separate bill from a third-party platform.
Does TradieO work with my existing website?
Yes. TradieO is a standalone WordPress plugin built to install on any WordPress site running Gravity Forms for lead capture, or to accept leads from any custom contact form via a simple one-line hook. You don’t need to have had your site built by us, or by anyone in particular — if it’s WordPress, TradieO can go on it.
Can TradieO handle scheduling jobs and asking customers for reviews?
Not yet. Today TradieO covers lead capture, the pipeline board, quoting, and automated follow-up. Scheduling and automatic review requests are on the roadmap for a later release — we’d rather ship what’s built and working than promise features that aren’t live yet.
What happens if a customer doesn’t respond to a quote at all?
TradieO automatically emails the customer a follow-up if they haven’t accepted or declined the quote within 48 hours, and a second follow-up at 96 hours if there’s still no response. After that, the quote stays visible on your pipeline board so you can decide whether to call, requote, or mark it lost — nothing falls through unnoticed.
