Do I need a website built by anyone in particular to use TradieO?
No. TradieO is a standalone WordPress plugin — install it on your own site, whoever built it, and you’re up and running. It’s not tied to any web design agency and there’s no bundled-with-your-site-build arrangement to qualify for.
Can I cancel or downgrade at any time?
Yes. TradieO is billed monthly with no lock-in contract. Cancel or change plans whenever you like — your leads, pipeline history, and past quotes stay on your own site’s database either way, since TradieO is a WordPress plugin, not a third-party hosted app.
What exactly is included in every plan?
Every plan, including the free trial, includes the full core feature set: lead capture from your site’s forms straight into a pipeline, the New-to-Won/Lost pipeline board, quotes with line items and a public accept/decline link, and automated follow-up emails at 48 and 96 hours on unanswered quotes. The Team plan adds extra seats and template customisation on top — not a cut-down version of the core tool.
What happens when my free trial ends?
We’ll email you before it ends. If you do nothing, your trial simply expires — no card is charged automatically. Choose a plan whenever you’re ready, and everything you’ve already entered (leads, quotes, pipeline stages) is still there waiting for you.
Does any plan include scheduling or review requests?
Not yet, on any plan. Today TradieO covers lead capture, the pipeline board, quoting, and automated quote follow-ups — that’s it. A booked-job calendar and automatic review requests are planned for a later TradieO release. We won’t charge extra for them retroactively once they ship — if you’re already subscribed, they’ll roll out to your existing plan.
