We built websites for tradies and kept watching good quotes go quiet.

TradieO started life as a feature built into the websites CrunchPixels, a web design studio, made for trade businesses. We noticed the pattern too many times to ignore: a solid quote would go out, the customer would go quiet for a few days, and the job would end up with whoever followed up first — not whoever did the best work. We built a pipeline and automatic follow-up straight into the sites we shipped. Then tradies who weren’t even our web clients started asking if they could just have the tool. So we pulled it out, sharpened it, and TradieO is the result — a CRM that installs on the WordPress site you’ve already got, sold on its own.

/ OUR APPROACH

WordPress-native, not a bolted-on app.

Most field-service tools ask you to run your business through a second piece of software — a separate login, a separate mobile app, a separate monthly bill, and a lead that has to get typed in twice before anyone can act on it. That’s a reasonable design if you’re building a generic tool for every industry. It’s a bad fit for a tradie whose actual lead source is a contact form sitting on a WordPress site.

TradieO takes the opposite approach: it’s a WordPress plugin, full stop. It runs in the same wp-admin you already log into to update your services page or check a form submission. A lead becomes a pipeline card the moment someone hits submit — no export, no Zapier step, no second app to open between jobs. Your contact form already sends leads somewhere. TradieO plugs into that same form instead of asking you to route leads through a new tool, so there’s nothing extra to configure on the marketing side once it’s installed.

One job to do well, not fifty

We’re not trying to be invoicing software, accounting software, and a scheduling calendar all at once. TradieO does lead capture, pipeline, quoting, and follow-up properly, and says no to features that aren’t built yet rather than shipping them half-working.
