Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The $2,999 setup is paid once; after that it’s $249 a month. Not included: text messages (they go through your own SMS account, and that provider bills you) and your domain name. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe’s fees are Stripe’s. Is there really no per-user fee?
None. The $249 a month is for the business, not the seat. Put on an apprentice tomorrow and nothing changes.
Is GST included?
Yes. Both prices include GST: $249 a month, and the one-off $2,999 setup. The price you see is the price you pay.
What does the $2,999 setup pay for?
It isn’t a licence fee. It’s the work: building your site, writing your service and suburb pages, moving your customer list across, setting up your Google listing properly, and sitting with you until you’re running it yourself. You pay it once. Because it pays for work done for your business, the setup fee is non-refundable (your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply).
Is there a minimum term?
No. It’s month to month, with no lock-in and no exit fee. Cancel any time, in writing: email jason@tradieo.io, and it takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
Can I really take everything with me if I leave?
Yes. It’s your own install and your data, and the domain is in your name. Export your customers and your jobs and invoices as spreadsheets, and your certificates as a ZIP, whenever you want. We’d rather earn the relationship than trap you in it.
Is there a free trial?
No. There’s no free trial. Instead, book a 15-minute demo: a phone call where we run one of your real jobs through it — quote, invoice, certificate. No pressure, no card.
What happens if I cancel?
Email jason@tradieo.io to cancel. It takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for, with no exit fee. You keep everything: the website, the system and the server are handed over to you, with your data and your domain. From then on you pay for your own hosting.
What isn’t included?
Text messages go through your own SMS account, and that provider bills you. Your domain name isn’t included either. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe’s fees are Stripe’s. Everything else, including hosting, backups, updates, security patching and support, is in the $249 a month.
