Where exactly does my data live?

Can TradieO staff see my customers or prices?
Not as a matter of course — it’s your system, not a shared platform we mine. If you ask us for support and want us to look at something, you grant that access, and it’s on your terms.
What actually happens to my data if I leave?
You keep all of it. The system and every record stay with you in a usable form. There’s no penalty for leaving and nothing held back — we’d rather earn your staying than trap you.
Do you sell or share any of my business data?
No. Your business data isn’t a product to us. The model is one flat price for a tool you own — not harvesting your data to make money elsewhere.
