If you want invoices to go out at completion, there’s a switch for it: with it on, when the office or a staff member you trust marks a job complete, the invoice is finalised and emailed straight away. It skips jobs with no customer email, a $0 total, or deposits and stages. With it off, the office is told the job is ready to invoice.

How does voice invoicing know my prices?
Say the price and it uses it. A line with no spoken price is priced from your own presets and labour rate and flagged for you to check, so a line like “PTR valve and two hours labour” comes out priced your way. It’s a draft: you check it, then you send it.
Are the payment reminders going to annoy my customers?
That’s your call. They’re off until you switch them on. Then they go by email 3, 7 and 14 days after the due date, in polite wording you can edit. You can pause reminders on one invoice and stop them for one customer. They’re email only, unless you’ve connected your own SMS account and turned that option on.
Does this work if I invoice at end of month, not per job?
Yes. Invoice per job on site, or tick your finished jobs and invoice them together. Voice entry and reminders work either way, and if you keep your books in Xero, TradieO syncs with it.
