The app records where each check-in happened, and the office sees whether they’re on site or how far away. It never blocks a clock-in, and it isn’t proof of attendance.

When someone checks out of a job, their labour is added to the job at their rate, rounded up to the quarter hour (you can change that). If the job’s already invoiced, the office gets a task instead. You bill for the hours worked without doing the sums on a Friday.

Is there really no charge per team member?
Correct. Staff are included in the flat price. Adding people to your crew never changes what you pay for the software.
Does clocking in track my staff all day?
Yes, while they’re clocked in. The office can see where they are on the crew map, updated every couple of minutes while their app is open, if their phone shares its location. Clock out and it stops. The day’s trail is kept. It’s about knowing who’s nearest the next job and honest hours on the invoice, not watching people after hours.
What if a worker forgets to clock in or out?
Staff can flag “forgot to clock off”, and the office can correct, add or void a time entry, with a reason; the history is kept. A missed tap doesn’t cost you the hours, and you stay in control of what gets billed.
